Hi, my name is Sara (GoldieGirl). I am a wife and a mother to two wonderful children. I have a degree in Biology with a minor in Criminal Justice. I have worked many places with my favorite being at a veterinary clinic for many years.

My fish obsession began back when I was in middle school. I got my first tropical tank and the obsession grew! During college I bred bettas, had anoles, hand raised puppies, had birds, cats, many dogs, and would have had more if I hadn’t met my husband. I am a total animal lover.

I currently have a 75 gallon goldfish tank, a 3 gallon betta tank, and I also have been raising albino Bristlenose Plecos. I also have two older dogs who have been with me since my crazy college animal zoo days. I enjoy all my animals and just love them to pieces. They are a bit spoiled….but isn’t that how they are supposed to be?
